This is brand new, but was damaged in shipping. Most of the damage is cosmetic that I can tell as I am not too familiar with these. This one does have some damage to the steel lines on the back of the motor but they're still complete.
They do turn over fine with no issues. We don't have the ability to hook them up to test so we're selling for parts/repair.
