HUGGLESWORTH is a 14" deep navy plush bear with a "collar" of longer white fur. She has a white hand-embroidered nose which has been randomly stitched to give her that "antique" look. She also features "tear & repair" detailing in a number of places on her body, head and limbs, all to give her that "well-loved" look. She has a lightly trimmed muzzle and grey suedette paw pads. Being 5-way wobble jointed, she is designed to be very floppy but super poseable. Year of Release: 2018. Designed by New Zealand bear artist, Heather Lyell. Suitable for ages 3 yrs & above. Bears Against MS has been an authorized U.S. stockist (retailer) for Charlie Bears since 2008 and Hugglesworth was shipped to us directly from Charlie Bears. She is in new condition, with tags, from a smoke-free environment.

Sales Tax
We are located in Vero Beach, Florida.
Florida state sales tax is automatically added for any item
being shipped to an address within Florida.
Depending on the county in which you reside, local option sales tax
may also need to be added, in which case we will revise your invoice accordingly.
So if you are in Florida,
please do not pay for the item until we notify you that the invoice is final
.
We generally ship within one business day of clearance of payment.
Shipping charges are calculated for USPS Priority Mail for regular sized packages
and Fed-Ex Ground or UPS Ground for larger oversized packages.
In either case, insurance is included.
Free shipping, when applicable, only applies to shipments within the 48 contiguous U.S. states.
We do not charge a handling fee.
If bidding on more than one bear and you wish us to apply
combined shipping charges

please do not pay for the bears individually
.
Instead, wait to pay until all auctions on which you are bidding are ended.
We can then calculate and apply one combined shipping charge
for the total shipment.
To qualify for combined shipping, bids on additional bears must be placed
within 7 days of your winning bid on the first bear.
International Bidders
If you live outside of the U.S.A.,
please contact us prior to bidding
to determine appropriate shipping rates.
Overseas bidders are responsible for any customs duty and other import charges,
if applicable (not included in the listed price).
We strongly suggest that you contact your local government authority
to determine potential import charges before bidding.
If the item is returned to us for non-payment of import charges
you can either pay an additional charge to have the item re-shipped
or receive a refund less a handling fee to cover our out-of-pocket costs.
All bears are new, never displayed, with appropriate tags and packaging,
unless otherwise indicated.
Returns
We hope you will be happy with your purchase but if you are not,
please contact us within 7 days of receipt to discuss how we can make things right.
You must request a Return Authorization BEFORE sending an item back to us.
Refunds will only be given if the item is returned to us within 30 days of receipt
in its original condition with all accessories including bag and packaging
and without any noticeable odors (e.g. perfume, smoke, etc.).
Unless the item is defective or not as described,
Buyer to pay return postage and we also reserve the right to deduct
a restocking fee from any refunds to cover our original shipping costs.
However, please note that items that are hand-made can vary
and what one person considers "defective" may be acceptable by industry standards
so we may ask for details and photos before authorizing any return for a refund.
