This fine pen is

a return or factory-second, nor is it defective in any way--it is exactly the same product you would receive directly from the manufacturer or any reputable retailer.  This is a new and genuine product.
*Condition Note:  Outer cream-colored box has a minor tear from transit caused by the stiff spine of the service guide.  This is somewhat common as the outer boxes are quite thin.  Final image depicts an example of the damage, but exact nature subject to vary.  Pen itself is new and flawless.
The Montblanc Bonheur Collection Rollerball is inspired by the 1920's fashion revolution. It features black and white precious resin construction with elegant platinum-plated details.  The iconic Montblanc snowcap finial completes it.
