The DSVF6 oil-free scroll vacuum pump is an industry leader in user accessibility and volumetric efficiency. The pump features a compact, lightweight design that maximizes efficiency compared to competitors’ pumps. With our unique floating scroll technology, the DSVF6 pump can handle both liquid water and water vapor in its operations without using ballast valves. The pump also generates far less heat compared to oil pumps or competitors’ oil-free scroll pumps. It works in a wide range of ambient temperatures varying from -40°C to +50°C. The maximum operating temperature is no higher than 45°C when the ambient temperature is about 25°C. Furthermore, DSVF6 outperforms traditional diaphragm pumps in ultimate vacuum pressure and has no risk of immediate pressure loss due to diaphragm failures.
Even with its unmatched efficiency, the most important characteristic of DSVF6 is that no maintenance is required. No tip seal or shaft seal replacement is needed. Compared to oil pumps, DSVF6 does not require any oil changes and is far more environmentally friendly by eliminating concerns relating to oil odors and dirty oil disposal. Simple, cheap filter changes replace the archaic oil change system for a smoother user experience.
