Prototype Winnie The Pooh by Little Gems for Walt Disney Convention

For several years, a Teddy Bear Convention was held at Walt Disney World and limited edition pieces were made by artists and manufacturers.
The Little Gem company released a few versions of Winnie the Pooh for these conventions and in 1998, Winnie the Pooh was released holding a butterfly.
This bear is the prototype to that edition - not part of the released numbered edition.  It comes on a brown fabric covered base and has a hand-written leather tag attached.
The bear is 3.5" tall of gold velvet mini fabric, fully jointed, and wears a red vest with a single button.
The pictures show this prototype next to the limited edition piece showing the differences in the two.  I've also provided pictures of the differences in the limited edition tag (printed on white) and this prototype's hand written leather tag.
