    NOTE: The filler cap has 2 vent holes on the side of it. Oil leaks out if turned on its side.  I don't know if these holes are factrory or were put in by a user
    Thus, It will be shipped with oil drained out and MUST HAVE NEW OIL INSTALLED BEFORE OPERATING.
