and an elastic waist,
this has a
loose
unstructured silhouette with
no
closures.
A
high quality
genuine
vintage
item
circa 1900’s,
this
is in good condition.
It has no tags, so please refer to the
measurements below for an accurate fit.
It is in good condition with a few holes,
age spots, and some fray along
the hem casing. The elastic is stretched
out, but I would replace it with a ribbon
drawstring for historical accuracy. Lovely!

All measurements are taken with the garment lying flat and measuring from seam to seam.  As sizes are inconsistent from manufacturer to manufacturer (especially in vintage clothing), I strongly recommend you check the measurements closely before purchasing.
A good guideline is to measure a similar piece of clothing you already own that fits you well, and compare the measurements. Please do not rely on size alone--that way you will avoid disappointment and I will continue to have happy customers :-)
